The stream originated as a way for Cry to play with his fans throughout the night, but after a series of complications, it just became a way for Cry and the Crew to entertain their fans with humor and video games.
On the June 24, , after the whole accusations situation broke out, crew member Russ confirmed during a stream that the LNC was officially disbanded. On June 20, , Cryaotic was accused of engaging in explicit activities with over a dozen and a half women, some of which were underage at the time of the misconduct.
Word broke out as part of the first wave of countless allegations made towards multiple YouTubers in He would admit to these actions on social media and even made a video about it on YouTube. The video was 4 minutes and 22 seconds long, and he received a large amount of backlash with the context alone. The video itself was short, and there were many that felt he glossed over the major parts of the situation and the apology was lackluster.
In the video, he claimed to have been in a dark place while denying any physical contact and to have "not been aware of their ages". He has since said he will post a follow-up video with a more thought out statement.
Several other members of the Late Night Crew have made statements on the issue, as well as several of his victims. However, as accusations rose and everything was brought up to the authorities and even the FBI, Cry released no further statements and went into an indefinite hiatus from his accounts.
