Look in Explorer for the Disk Cleanup option, I bet there's a fair bit of space taken up by temp files etc As for moving the cache I don't really use Ableton much but I'd presume you're able to move it to another drive. Could also be better for you performance wise - it's good to have your programs and data on separate drives as this aids efficiency.
