Look in Explorer for the Disk Cleanup option, I bet there's a fair bit of space taken up by temp files etc As for moving the cache I don't really use Ableton much but I'd presume you're able to move it to another drive. Could also be better for you performance wise - it's good to have your programs and data on separate drives as this aids efficiency.

It's fairly likely that it will contain decoded copies of anything you have opened in ableton whether used or not.
